- Program Description -

  * This is totally Voluntary Training Program and it is a great way to Learn and Practice.

  * The Program does not suggest or imply that any past, existing or future Pilot with the 91st needs this program.

  * Any 91st Member Pilot may Enter the Program with no prior experience and without conditions.

  * The Program offers visible rewards at each milestone, both in Teamspeak, on the Website and in your Signature.

  * Pilots will enter the Program at the Starting and Checklists Level and progress step by step through the Program.

  * While progressing through the Program in order, Pilots may choose to have an Instructor at any level or may simply     apply to challenge each Verbal or Practical Check Ride if they feel they are ready.

  * Request an Instructor by Posting your Request in the Calendar with several windows with Dates and Times in UTC. 

  * Pilots will need to pass the Verbal Test or Practical Checkride at each level before progressing to the next level.

  * Not entering this Program will have no effect on any Pilot but there will be no awards earned.

  * Not to suggest that Colonel Seatime is in any way a better Pilot than anyone else, he will serve as the Check Rider.

- Certified Pilot Incremental Awards - 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9

  * A White Number on a Blue Background Icon from 0 to 9 will be displayed in Teamspeak showing the highest level that Pilot has attained, only one Icon will be displayed at a time.

- Certified 91st Pilot and Check Rider Award - R

  * Pilots who pass all sections of the program are promoted to Check Rider and given an "R" Icon in Teamspeak. They are then able to Train Check Ride others as they advance through the program.  R  =  Certified Instructor and Qualified and Certified Check Rider.
